All About the Community Crisis Center

Internships

Student interns are accepted at Associate, Bachelor’s and Master’s levels and come from a variety of disciplines including: counseling, social work, psychology, clinical psychology, sociology, family social services, human services, and marriage and family therapy.

The purpose of the internship program is to provide students with experiential approaches to learning once they’ve completed the academic and didactic part of their education. Each intern is provided with a licensed Master’s level staff member to provide individual supervision of cases and progress once a week. Additional group supervision is provided during weekly clinical staff meetings.
