Item Distribution/ Display (15-20) 9am-12pm, help set up, and display items for the auction.
Set up & Decorating (15-20) 9 am-12 pm, help set up and decorate for the auction.
Raffle Ticket & Bead Vendors (5)- Tentative 5:15-8:45pm, sell raffle tickets for a prize drawing and beads
Live Auction (spotters) (5) 8:45-9:30pm
Table volunteers (15) 5:30-9:30pm
Clean Up (15-20) 9:30-10:30pm
