Local Community Supporter with a big heart and a big check stops by CCC

The Crisis Center is thrilled that Walmart Store #1814, located at 1100 S. Randall Road in Elgin, continued their generous support of our mission this year by providing a local community grant in the amount of $2,000. They also provided treats and water bottles for our shelter residents, eye care supplies for our EC clients and eyeball stress balls just in time for Halloween for our children’s program. The Crisis Center would like to thank Roy Coombes (Store Manager), Maria Rivera (Health and Wellness VCM) and Hetal Patel (Pharmacist) who are pictured in this post for coming in person to present the check to the Crisis Center’s Business Manager Peter Truschke. Thank you Walmart Store # 1814 of Elgin for being such a great community partner for our agency and the clients we serve.
